As a team of three female founders, we started Deers to pursue a shared passion: creating high-quality, stylish, and affordably luxurious bags and shoes that make a real statement. We believe in well-crafted designs that can be versatile for various occasions, while also addressing individual style preferences to help everyone express their unique fashion sense.

We took the leap to develop our own brand after spending our careers building others across the fashion, celebrity, and lifestyle industries. As fate would have it, our friend Marco, a master craftsman from Italy, was interested in joining our mission as a founding partner and introduced us to traditional Italian leather working techniques. Representing various ethnicities, we were already well-versed in exploring and appreciating different cultural approaches to fashion and accessory design.
